- Developed process and structure for approaching partners in the 5 metro county area

- Urban Tree Program:
- Planting between 200-1500 2.5”-8.0” caliper trees, annualy throughout the metro area, identify and securing site locations, public interaction, utility conflicts, city requirements, meeting deadlines
- Urban Forestry Program:
- Establishing and maintaining all trees planted by Trees Atlanta, 10,000 tree plus annually, started and implemented processes for Urban Forestry Crew: equipment, safety, mulching, watering, pruning, tracking and reporting
- Worked with the Watershed Department to establish a process to use reclaimed water from fire hydrant flushing
- Tree Canopy Program:
- Pruning of park and right-of-way trees, created GIS maps and processes, work directly with the city arborist to identify needs and requirements
- Yearly budgets exceeded one million dollars
